An Unique Cross Cultural Cuisine in Hudson, Ohio

From Taiwan to Hudson, Ohio, via Hawaii, Japan. Hong Kong and China may seem like a world of travel to most, but to Francis Hsiao it was the decade-long path that helped to create some of the finest and most unique recipes Ohio has yet to experience.

With a recent degree from Cleveland State University and a lifetime of travel and international education, Chef Francis Hsiao has chosen to put the necessary ingredients together right here in Hudson Ohio under the umbrella of his newest and finest endeavor, "The Indigo Luna exotic eatery and teahouse."

Located at 180 West Streetsboro Street in Hudson, Indigo Luna begins serving Tuesday through Saturdays at 11:30 a.m., just in time to invigorate your day with some of the most creative and freshest sandwiches, pasta, tofu and sushi in the region.

All complimented with the secret Hsaio Family recipe for Francis' own French Fries.

And if a more complete full course meal is more to your liking, Chef Francis' himself remains in the kitchen throughout the day, preparing the gentle herbs and spices that dress the tender beef, chicken, pork and duck, (yes, duck) that form the dinner menu served late into the evening.

However delightful the rest of the menu, since it opened its doors this summer, Indigo Luna has established itself as the place to go for sushi.

In fact, in less than a month, loyal customers whom have experienced Francis' unique and exciting flare for sushi in the past, have found their way to Hudson from as far away as Hawaii, New Brunswick, Florida, Pennsylvania and New York.

It is simply put, the finest sushi experience.

With a professionally designed interior that plays on the gentle blues, grays, yellows and teals found only in the fullest of moons, Indigo Luna is more than just deftly named.

It is an artistically thought out environment that both stimulates and soothes the every mood.

Unique, trendy, excitingly simple, Indigo Luna is one of the friendliest locales to share a good laugh with friends, a romantic interlude, or to impress the all important out of town business associate.

And although "Tea Time" is designated between 1:30 and 5:30 every day, any time is the right time to share a moment sampling the wide array of herbal teas and high mountain coffee imported from Taiwan, most grown at elevations of more than 900 meters in the farthest reaches of Asia.

The Indigo Luna exotic eatery and teahouse, Chef Francis Hsaio's gifts have now become Hudson's gifts. Reservations are requested but not required.

However, a delightful dining experience can always be expected.

Join Chef Francis and his staff for their Grand Opening the first week of August at Indigo Luna ... You won't be disappointed.
