Vision TRE, Inc. (www.visiontre.com) is pushing for a larger market share in the D.C. Metro area by hiring William Beckner of WEB International, Inc.

This Atlanta based company provides remote IT staff augmentation services out of near shore location in Brazil.

Vision TRE, Inc., and offshore IT outsourcing service provider, announced contracting the services of retired Colonel William Beckner of WEB International, Inc. to supporting business development in the Washington D.C. Metro area.

"Beckner brings extensive business development experience and knowledge of the Washington commercial and government markets" said Henry Johns, President of Vision TRE, Inc.

The timing is right for this as many offshore project initiatives are looking for low cost alternatives with less geographic distance and time zone challenges.

These factors have proven to increase cost and the risk of project delays, according to Mr. Johns, creating an opportunity for locations in the Americas like Brazil.

Vision TRE provides offshore staff augmentation teams for software development and BPO services to the U.S. industry out of facilities in Brazil.

This same workday time zone, near-shore offering is an alternative to distant shore locations like India, China, and Eastern Europe. Vision TRE has Brazilian based IT professionals with good English skills and offer their services in advanced programming skills including .Net, ASP, C++, C#, Microsoft SQL, Oracle Applications, Oracle DBA, Crystal Reports, Visual Basic, network engineering and more to U.S. clients.

Retired Colonel William Beckner brings over 40 years of domestic and international business marketing, management and logistics experience in the private and public sectors.

Beckner holds a Masters degree in Business Marketing from University of Northern Colorado.

He is a Certified instructor for QA/CM for SAIC.

He served as Adjunct Professor for international Marketing at George Mason University.

He is a graduate of the Air War College, the Air Command and Staff College, Squadron Officers School, and Officers Training School (USAF).

He also lectured at Senior Logistics schools in the United States as well as Senior Logistics Officers Schools in Great Britain as a duty from the Pentagon.

Beckner can be reached at 770-621-7709. His email is Beckner @ visiontre.net
