Marcia Breitenbach has created a unique approach to make going through all life's challenges and change easier on your spirit, mind, body and heart. A key component to her innovative books, courses and seminars, is her original music that is used intentionally to transform the subconscious mind and support the key principles for living a life of ease, balance and magnificence.
Marcia Breitenbach, a Tucson-based national speaker, author, songwriter and psychotherapist, announces a unique approach to life changes that can help anyone find balance, hope and confidence when facing difficult times.
She says, "When we are hit by a loss or life challenge, it brings incredible stress into our lives. Our routines are disrupted, our usual, habitual methods of coping don't seem to work anymore, and we are thrown into a scary, confusing place with nothing to hold onto. We are in that murky place called "transition" and "transformation." Although this is a fruitful place where incredible self-growth can occur, it is also frightening. I wanted to provide something solid, something simple yet powerful, that people could hold onto when faced with uncertainty. I discovered effective ancient energy tools and combined them with contemporary creative strategies that provide the best support for times of transition and transformation. These same tools and my music are an effective day-to-day toolkit for living a life of more ease, balance, purpose and magnificence." Founder of Magnificent Choices for Healing, Ms. Breitenbach has worked for more than 20 years with clients of every age who face the many significant changes and transitions that can occur over a lifetime such as: ·A serious illness, like cancer, that strikes you or a loved one; ·Relocating to a new city and starting all over; ·A loss of independence, such as being unable to drive any longer; ·An accident, injuries, disaster or other trauma; ·Relationship changes, like separation or divorce, estrangement from family, or even a new marriage; ·Career changes like retirement, job layoffs, or starting a new business; ·Mid-life changes like menopause, ageing issues, "empty nest" or the care giving of a parent or spouse; ·The loss of loved ones and the resulting grief and redefinition of one's life. Some of life's changes that are considered "positive" by many, such as the start-up of a new business, can be equally stressful as those that are seen as less desirable, such as a serious illness. Both types require strong support and a framework for dealing with the inevitable ups and downs. Marcia's work in various hospices and other clinical settings has given her tremendous compassion and understanding of the issues that people face when change "comes knocking at the door." In addition, she has experienced personal losses and changes that challenged her and gave her additional resources to share with her clients. Over the years, she observed herself and her clients, noting the choices that were effective in living well through challenging transitions. She was also witness to the choices that kept her clients in quicksand, or in a ditch on their life's path. Her training in the expressive arts psychotherapies, combined with the eastern and western blend of psychology and philosophy at Naropa University, set her on the path of discovering ancient as well as contemporary energy psychology tools that integrate and support spirit, mind, body and heart.
Marcia's fresh approach includes the use of her original music to effect thoughts, beliefs, emotions and attitude. She has created a system that uses music intentionally to access the subconscious. Ms. Breitenbach reports, "I've had many clients who benefited from the power of changing thoughts and beliefs. Often, people don't even realize that whatever the recurrent issue is in their life is due to subconscious beliefs. And, until you change them, you'll continue to get the same results and not move forward where you'd like to be." Her original songs have been helping thousands over the years to improve their self-confidence, and to change negative and limiting thoughts and beliefs into ones that support living change and life with less fear, resistance and stress. Mary Myers, an educator in Michigan writes, "For a long time now, I have found your songs to be healing.. Often I will hear your words and music in my mind... I've had plenty of negative messages in my head--it is great to have your music instead."
"How exciting it's been to discover powerful strategies and tools for moving through life and change with more ease, peace, balance, and happiness! I feel so blessed to share this information with people around the world," Ms. Breitenbach writes. "So many people are making changes harder on themselves than they need to and simply need some supportive tools to make the process easier, more balanced, and the gateway to a life that provides more joy, connection and purpose!" reports this engaging speaker.
